RE-SCULPTING FACIAL

As we age, our body loses much of its natural electrical energy, much like a battery gradually losing its charge. Glykopeel is intended for accelerating the skin’s natural peeling, which consists of eliminating corneocytes responsible for dull and muddy skin tones.  This treatment has the aim of providing radiance and accelerating the mitosis of germ cells and their migration towards the surface.  Exfoliation is obtained with glycolic acid which acts on keratinisation of the epidermis by reducing the cohesion of corneocytes.  This destroys the intercellular cement joining the cells together.

Glycolic acid has considerable cutaneous penetration because of the reduced size of its molecular structure. It promotes the diffusion of active ingredients. It activates the repairing process and preserves the protein structures of the skin by acting on the fibroblasts of the dermis. It promotes production of collagen and elastin and improves the biosynthesis of glycoaminoglycan of the extra cellular matrix. Hyaluronic acid is one of the main constituents. The presence of propyleneglycol safely permits even penetration of glycolic acid.

Kojic acid and bearberry are powerful depigmenting ingredients, capable of reducing the synthesis of melanin through inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase. This reduces the hyperpigmentation areas for a more even skin tone.

Our facial and body cupping machine uses Decompression Massage Therapy to mechanically manipulate the body tissue and muscle structure by alternating atmospheric pressure in a localized area.  This repeating pattern alternates between atmospheric pressure and up to one atmosphere less in the localized area.  This action is repeated for a specific amount of time.
